We prefer to send a key, however, only when requested by the teacher or administrator concerned, or by one of our representatives. Keys are not included with shipments of classroom sets of textbooks, workbooks, or tests unless they are clearly indicated on the order. A key can easily be mislaid when it arrives as part of a shipment delivered to a school stockroom, and we want to be sure it is sent directly to the person who will use it, or to a responsible person concerned with the selection, procurement, or use of text programs. If you are a teacher using one of our keys and your class assignment changes, we would appreciate it if you would tell your replacement that a key is available on request.
